Lorraine, a qualified Image Master, is the owner and Managing Director of Absolute Image.

She began her career as a personal assistant before moving into customer relationship management (CRM) and onto systems implementation trainer for a number of blue chip organisations where she gained valuable experience of the corporate market and the importance of creating a positive first impression.

A professional individual with a passion for helping others improve their personal impact through their appearance. Having worked in the image industry since 2003 her relaxed and informal approach has enabled trainees and clients alike to feel at ease and achieve optimum results from their experience with Absolute Image.

Lorraine is a Master of the International Federation of Image Consultants (IFIC) having completed her IFIC/City & Guilds Masters Award in Image Consultancy and in 2006 and a leading consultant with Nutrimetics skin care and cosmetics.

Her professional knowledge has been featured on radio and in a variety of printed publications.

Lorraine is based in Dorking, Surrey, but works throughout London and the south.
